Exchequer's are like club treasurers. They, and a small committee of members, track income and expenditures and may keep an inventory list if the group has storage,
Seneschals are like club presidents. They make sure everything is good to go on the legal end (ie: ALL the paperwork) and are often the contact person for demonstrations, events, and more, unless there is a specific person for that role like a demo coordinator or chatelaine.
