Exchequer's are like club treasurers. They, and a small committee of members, track income and expenditures and may keep an inventory list if the group has storage.
​
​
Seneschals are like club presidents. They make sure everything is good to go on the legal end (ie: ALL the paperwork) and are often the contact person for demonstrations, events, and more, unless there is a specific person for that role like a demo coordinator or chatelaine.
