Officers and the jobs they do

The (elected) leaders of our Barony. Addressed as "Excellency"

Personal secretary to the Baronage. Responsible for keeping and maintaining regalia and schedules of Their Excellencies

A seneschal is similar to a group president. They're responsible for making sure the other officers are doing their jobs, and making sure the group itself is following local laws and regulations.

Similar to a club treasurer, the exchequer is in charge of tracking group expenses and income.

The Chatelaine is a group's newcomer ambassador. They're the contact point for demonstrations and can help new folks find what activities they'd like to do in the group.

This person encourages learning of techniques and trades from the middle ages. They help organize classes at meetings and track and report the various activities.

Signet is in charge of communicating with and organizing our scribal community for creating award scrolls.

Heralds are excellent "town criers" and also help people find out name for their persona and Arms (pictures for your name, like the various images for the officer jobs)

The chronicler takes notes and creates a newletter for each meeting.

Our thrown weapons marshal plans and runs our thrown weapons ranges and knows the safety rules so everyone can play

Our archery marshal plans and runs our archery ranges and knows the safety rules so everyone can play

Our knights marshal plans and runs our armored fighting practices and knows the safety rules so everyone can play

Our rapier marshal plans and runs our rapier practices and knows the safety rules so everyone can play

Webministers are responsible for the upkeep and programming for our website(s).

Social Media Officer (SMO) is in charge of all things social media (facebook, tiktok, discord, youtube, etc) and often works with seneschals and webministers to make sure information reaches all our populace.
